When: Session 1: June 11-28 (Mon-Thurs), Session 2: July 9-26 (Mon-Thurs)

Where: Judson High School Weight Room and Rutledge Stadium

A camp for the female athletes at Judson and incoming freshmen to get stronger, faster, and more explosive. A mixture of strength training, plyometrics, and cardio training to help every athlete become the very best they can be at their sport. REPS Camp will test each athlete while teaching new techniques in sports training and performance.
