Mission Statement

The mission of the Maintenance Department is to provide a safe, comfortable, and clean environment for our educators to teach and our children to learn through a variety of services

Obtaining Maintenance

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

After Hours

For after hours, please call the department phone number (see contact info). Calls will be forwarded to a supervisor on call.

Vandalism

In Case of Vandalism

  • Contact the Police Department - 911

Power, Water or Gas Related Situations

In case of Power or Water Outages or Gas Odors , please call Maintenance first!

After Hours Lighting, Air

For non-operational hours need for lighting and air-conditioning, please contact your school principal or building supervisor at least 24 hours in advance.

Misc.

For all other needs, please contact your school principal or building supervisor to fill out a maintenance work order. The work order must be signed by the principal of the campus or building supervisor.
