Human Resources Mission Statement
One of the main goals of the Judson ISD Human Resources Department is to recruit, attract, hire and retain highly qualified individuals each year to fill posted positions. Human Resources is responsible for providing a comprehensive program of benefits for district employees as well as a competitive compensation package designed to attract and retain qualified staff. Human Resources also hires and trains substitute teachers and paraprofessionals for filling employee absences.
