A retired US Army Reserve court reporter, Ms. Adair now represents the Judson community At-Large, Place 6, with her re-election in 2011. She previously served from 2004-2010. A Texas State University graduate, she and her husband have six sons.

Beth Sutton
Vice President
At-Large, Place 7 Representative Ms. Sutton was elected to the board in 2011. She is a pediatric nurse who has lived in Judson ISD since 2009. She and her husband are raising four children. Ms. Sutton’s daughter attends Converse Elementary School.

Gilbert Flores
Secretary
District 3 Representative Mr. Flores has been on the Judson ISD school board since 2006. He is a graduate of UTSA. Mr. Flores and his family have lived in Judson ISD since 1983.

Jose Macias
Assistant Secretary
Mr. Macias was elected to the Judson ISD school board in 2010, where he represents the constituents of District 4. He is a graduate of OLLU and San Antonio College. Mr. Macias is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

Arnoldo Salinas

Mr. Salinas was elected to the school board in 2009 and serves as the District 5 Representative. He is a retired educator and has served as a substitute teacher in JISD schools. Mr. Salinas and his wife have lived in Judson ISD for 37 years, where they raised two children.

Richard LaFoille
Member
Mr. LaFoille represents the constituents of District 2 and has served on the board since 2004. He and his wife have lived in Judson ISD for 39 years and are longtime volunteers at Park Village.

Mr. Salyer was elected to the board in 2010 as the District 1 Representative. He is a physician assistant at BAMC. He and his family have lived in Judson ISD for 16 years.

Dr. Willis Mackey
Superintendent of Schools
Dr. Mackey earned his doctorate from Texas A&M and his masters degree from Prairie View A&M. He has served as Superintendent at Newton, Navasota and Port Arthur school districts. He’s been at Judson since 2007.
