Internet Safety & Cyberbullying Information
Judson ISD takes internet safety and cyberbullying very seriously. In 2010 Judson ISD began annual district-wide training of students on internet safety and cyberbullying.
A letter home explaining the training is available in the left sidebar in both English and Spanish.
The full internet safety presentation is available in the left sidebar for parents to look over.
Judson ISD encourages parents to discuss your expectations for your child's online behavior with your child and to carefully monitor their internet use. While many potentially objectionable sites are not available when students are on the Judson ISD network, they may be available from home computers, friends' computers, cell phones, and libraries. Additionally, sites like Facebook and Myspace (which students cannot access while at Judson ISD schools), are sites that are often the focus of cyberbullying, so we encourage you to review the Facebook and Myspace safety guides in the right sidebar.
