I graduated from Texas State University-San Marcos in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. I graduated with a Master's Degree in Elementary Education– Curriculum and Instruction in 2010. I’ve been in education for 13 years. I’m beginning my fourteenth year of teaching.  This is my seventh year in JISD. Before coming to JISD, I taught in Hays CISD which is south of Austin.
