I was the first person in my family to attend college.  I was also the first one in my family to get a bachelors degree and the first one to receive a Masters degree.

I received my BA degree in Anthropology and my MS in Environmental Science from the University of Texas.  I am certified to teach Science 8-12, ESL Ec-12, and Special Education EC-12. 

I taught Science my first two years at West Campus High School in the South San Antonio ISD, I then taught Science for 3 years at the Laurel Ridge Treatment Center for the University of Texas Charter School, I then taught for 2 years At Floresville High School in Floresville Texas, I then taught for three years at the Hawkins High School in the School of Excellence Charter School District. 

I have taught Science for 12 years at Judson High School in the Judson School District.
