I am so enthusiastic about this school year! I am positive that this will be a great year filled with lots of learning and fun! I look forward to teaching your child Math and Science.

 I am military veteran that has served my country for over 20 years.  I decided to continue to serve my country by becoming a teacher.  This is my third year at Candlewood Elementary and my seventh year as a teacher.  I received my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Louisiana Lafayette in 1992.  I continued my education by getting my Master’s Degree in Secondary Education in 2004.  I was honorably discharged from active duty and began teaching in 2013.

 Parents, please know that I will do my best to teach your child.  I will have a structured class room with high expectations.  I look forward to getting to know and working with each of you to get your child ready for his/her next level.
