Hello Everyone! I'm Ms. Pressler. I'm so excited to be teaching 2nd grade this year. Here's a little bit about me...

I'm originally from Denver, Colorado, but I moved to Texas 12 years ago and currently live in Canyon Lake. Canyon Lake is also known as the Hill Country and it is a beautiful area...I highly recommend you visit if you're not familiar with the Texas Hill Country. 

Before I obtained my teaching license, I was a judicial interpreter which means I helped Spanish speakers during court hearings understand what was going on inside the courtroom. Sometimes it can be frustrating for people to be inside a courtroom and not understand the proceedings, or what the judge and attorneys are saying.

I prefer teaching children now, because they always have such great energy! They really put a smile on my face every morning I get to see them.
