Welcome to the 2023-2024 School Year

This is my second year at Mary Lou Hartman Elementary in the Apple Unit.  This will be another exciting school year at Hartman Elementary.  

Previously, I taught Life Skills at Henry Metzger Middle School for ten years.  I taught two years 6th grade resource math, and two years 5th grade math and science at Uvalde CISD.  I was a BAC paraprofessional for Judson 2007.

I am originally from Pennsylvania.  I earned my Bachelors of Science in Secondary Education Social Studies with a concentration on psychology from Kutztown University.

Being blessed with four adult children and eleven wonderful grandchildren has been one of my greatest joys.  I enjoy making jewelry, swimming, fishing, and long walks looking for rocks and artifacts.
