Hello, My name is Amanda Mendez.  I am so excited to begin my 21st year here at Paschall. 

I am a San Antonio native who graduated from Providence High School.  I then went on to study at San Antonio College and transferred to Texas State University where I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.

I have been teaching in the Judson district for 20 years, all here at Paschall.  I have taught Kindergarten for 16 years and this is my 5th  year in First grade. I truly love working in Early childhood and helping children learn to read.

In my free time I enjoy reading, traveling and cheering on my two sons at all their sporting events.

I am looking forward to a great year here in First grade!
