After graduating from UTSA with a B.S. in Biology, I began my teaching career at Kitty Hawk in 1991. During my 31 years here, I have taught 6^th, 7^th and 8^th grade Science at various levels. I have taught co-teach, regular, Pre-AP/Honors and GT/TAG. Currently, I teach TAG at all grade levels. I also serve the campus as the GT/TAG coordinator and Science department chair. I had the privilege of receiving Kitty Hawk Distinguished Educator in 2016.
