Hello!  My name is Rocio Linett Mallen and I am a Bilingual - Special Education Teacher at Hopkins Elementary.  I graduated from Texas A&M - Kingsville with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies specializing in Bilingual Education.  For the past 24 years, I have taught different grade levels and have spent the last 15 years in Special Education.  I am excited about this new school year and feel honored and privileged to work with your child.
