    *This science based website has two sections that pertain to PE, Biomechanics, Human Anatomy, and Physics (Human Movement and Sports). Each section is broken down is seperate mini- lessons which consists of a short video and quiz. They are actually very fun and educational.

    *This is a daily and weekly exercise routine that you can have your kids do while at home. They can take their time and pace themselves. If possible, spend at least 60 minutes everyday staying active... whether its walking/jogging around your neighborhood, shooting baskets in your front yard, or playing soccer in your backyard/field if you're able to. Also remember to eat a healthy diet and get plenty of sleep!
