The Purpose of Field Trips
The purpose of a field trip is usually observation for education, non-experimental research or to provide students with experiences outside their everyday activities, such as the zoo, museum, nature trails, theaters, camping, historical sites, etc.. with teachers and their classmates. Field Trips provide hands on experience for the students.
