Welcome to Veterans Memorial, home of the Patriots!  I am excited about being one of your Assistant Principals, which I was named at the start of the 2021-2022 school year.  

I have been here since the school's inception in the 2016-2017 school year.  My campus roles have included US History teacher, TAG Coordinator, Edgenuity Coordinator, Head Freshmen Football Coach, JV Basketball Coach, and Head Boys Cross Country Coach.  I began teaching in the 2006-2007 school year with previous stops at Laredo LBJ HS (Health/PE/Head Boys Basketball Coach), Burbank HS (World History/JV Basketball/Head Cross Country), and Japhet ES (K-5 PE).  

My responsibilities for the 2022-2023 school year include alphas A-Dau/U-Z, LPAC Coordinator, Federal Forms, EOP, and the PE/Fine Arts/Credit Recovery departments.

I am passionate about teaching and learning and I hope to help our students become passionate about their learning as well.
