Mrs. Ernestine Perez
Hello Patriot Nation,
Welcome to Veterans Memorial High School. I am looking forward to an amazing year as our campus continues to grow and we prepare students to be college and career ready. As a school counselor, my goal is to address the immediate needs of students and reduce barriers that hinder student success. As one of the high school counselors on campus, I will be working closely with students last name (A-Dau). I look forward to serving and guiding students with academic, career and personal/social development to help them become college and career ready. We are here to help our students succeed in every aspect of their high school experience through a variety of services.
As a mother of four and military spouse for 30 years, I was encouraged to earn my Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas San Antonio. I earned my Masters of Education in School Counseling (K-12) from Lamar University.
I look forward to meeting everyone throughout the school year. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding our school counseling program or your child’s individual needs.
