Registration & Enrollment
You may enroll online by going to https://judsonisd.revtrak.net or by coming to the Judson Adult & Community Education office located at 9695 Schaefer Road in Converse on the Judson Middle School Campus in Building B. Take the drive next to the softball diamonds to the back of the building.
Students will not be accepted the first day of school unless they have been registered online for the current school year. Or, a current enrollment form obtained and completed in the Adventure Club office. Registrations will not be accepted during the first week of school. If you have questions, call 210- 619-0429 or 619-0428. Registrations are accepted from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on Mondays -Fridays during the regular school year.
You can complete an online enrollment form, receive or download a copy of the current Program Guidelines for Parents. There are 2 additional forms at the end of the handbook that need to be completed and signed by the parent or guardian. Credit card payments can be made at our online store once a current and valid enrollment has been completed. Checks are no longer accepted as a form of payment. The online payment system will be available starting for the September payment. The online payment is a secure website at https://judsonisd.revtrak.net. It is imperative that we know when to expect your child. Enrolling online, creating an account online and paying will be confirmed when you receive an order number/receipt. For the safety of your child, any changes to the enrollment form must be done in person by the parent or legal guardian in the Adventure Club office. You must present a valid ID at the time any changes are made to the enrollment form. It is the parent's responsibility to bring copies of any court orders pertaining to your child each time you register. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to a successful year!
