Hello!  I am Marilyn Normand. 

My goal is to collaborate with our Administrative team and staff to ensure that your child has an academically, socially, and emotionally fulfilling school experience.  I will adhere to the Texas Model for Comprehensive School Counseling Programs, to help your child function positively at school and develop skills that will last a lifetime.

I am starting my eighteenth year in education and look forward to amazing things as a new Elementary Counselor.  I am not new to counseling, just new to elementary counseling.  I have over eight years of experience in Middle and High School Counseling.  Also, I have worked in the roles of:  High School History Teacher, Middle and High School Counselor, Lead Counselor, Master Scheduler, CTE Counselor, 504 Coordinator, RTI Coordinator, Testing Coordinator, School Support Specialist, College & Career Readiness Coordinator, and Summer School Asst. Principal.
