• The philosophy of the Judson Independent School Districts Operations Division is to provide quality service and experience to the students, staff and community members who utilize the school district facilities. Our aim is to meet those needs by maintaining and meeting the standards for all buildings, grounds, athletic programs, energy management, food service, and transportation areas. It is our hope that our Judson ISD students, parents, staff, and community members are in a safe and positive learning environment.

    The Operations Department consists of 4 functional areas that are aligned to efficiently and effectively to support the needs of Judson Independent School District (JISD).

    Milton R. Fields III, Ph.D.

    Dr. Milton "Rob" Fields III is a native of Live Oak, Texas and a Judson High School graduate.  Dr. Fields retired from the United States Air Force in 2001 after 20 years of honorable service. He began his career in the Northside Independent School District in 2002 as a Business Teacher and Coach at Taft High School.  In 2005, Dr. Fields was named Assistant Principal at the newly opened Stevens High School, and in 2007 he was named Principal of Karen Wagner High School in Judson Independent School District.  In 2014, Dr. Fields was named Assistant Superintendent for Operations and in July of 2018 he became Deputy Superintendent for Administration and Operations.

    Dr. Fields received his Bachelor’s degree in Business from Wayland Baptist University and a dual Master’s degree in Human Resources and Management from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri. In 2016, he received his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas A & M at Kingsville.

    Dr. Fields and his wife LaMondi have two sons Christian and Milton IV and a daughter Maya.
