    Yearly Screenings

    Students in grades Pre-K 4, KG, 1, 3, and 5th grades have their vision, hearing, and growth screenings done every September during their elementary school years, as well as any new students to the district. Any student found to have a deficiency will have a referral sent home with them. Please contact the clinic with any questions you may have.

    During this time, 5th grade girls will have a "scoliosis screening". You can opt out of this screening in school, but proper documentation must be presented to the nurse stating that the student was assessed by her primary doctor.

    Also, 4th and 5th grade students will be presented with a growth and development video. Prior authorization will be required as an authorization letter will be sent home before this event.
