The Judson Independent School District and the employees of the District are prohibited from knowingly spending or authorizing the use of state or local funds or any other of its resources for political advertising. This prohibition includes the support or lack of support of any candidates, measure, or party that is political in nature as per the Texas Election Code 251.001(16),255.003
Any partnerships Judson ISD may have with any individual holding a political office or one running as a political candidate will strictly be engaged for academic and educational purposes of the District and does not imply support or endorsement or lack thereof for any candidate or individual currently holding a political position.
