• Pickup Procedures of Student Materials:

     

    • If you are coming through the car line, we ask that you please remain in your vehicle.
    • Please come at the designated time for the student’s last name. If you are picking up for more than one student all names will be needed.
    • We need parent’s car tags in the window to know their student’s bag.
      • If no car tag: parents will need an ID to check permission status.
      • This is to ensure private property/materials are given to the correct person.
    • Preferred: Parents will drive up and pop open trunks and we will place the bags and close the trunk.
    • Other option: Parents will roll down their window and we place the bag in the car.
    • Walk-ups for student materials: parents will be able to walk up to the tent by the gift drop off and let that staff member know which child/family is needed and a delivery will be made as soon as possible to the tent (this will take approximately 15 min. wait time after the student name is given
    • Return Library books can be returned to tent area--carts will be used to facilitate that return
    • Return of Guided reading books will be collected under tent area
    • Teacher Gift Tent will be set up and a table will be placed by the back-exit gates of Hartman so that parents can drop off any gifts for teachers. A staff member will be there to receive and help label the gifts and get them to the correct person.
    • Anyone that cannot come, will need to email the Principal to set-up an appointment to pick-up student materials: mrodriquez395@judsonisd.org
      • This will take place in the rear parking lot of Hartman.
    • Chromebooks will not be accepted at the campus - must be turned according to the District Agreement (June, 2020)
    • Purchased group photos and any awards earned for A or A/B honor rolls and perfect attendance should be in the bag that you are receiving along with student materials.
    • We ask that everyone have patience, our plan is to get all materials to you as quickly as possible! We wish you all a happy, healthy summer and look forward to seeing you all again!
