    Teacher Advisor: Coach Gutierrez

    Meeting Dates and Time: We train together Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:45 to 4:00 each week. 

    Description:
    An active, healthy club for students who like to run, jog, walk, improve their physical fitness, and have fun with friends. 

    Schedule:

    • Warm-up (15 minutes)
    • Stretching (10 minutes)
    • Run (25 minutes)
    • Cooldown (15 minutes)

    Equipment Needed:
    Comfortable Clothing/Running Shoes/Water Bottle/optional Towel

    **Students will be recognized for their running accomplishments. Some students will reach 5, 10, 25, 50, 75 and even 100+ miles.**
