SGT Abigael N. Santos graduated from Wagner High School in 2016 Summa Cum Laude and  top ten of her class.  Abigael was very active in multiple different extra curricular activities such as Army JROTC and UIL Academics. She enlisted into the Army in 2017 serving active duty and is currently stationed with the 155th Medical Detachment (PM) at Fort Bragg, NC as a Preventive Medicine NCO. In 2018-2019.  Abigael deployed with her unit in support of Operation Freedom’s Sentinel in Afghanistan. As a young private, she was in charge of over 10 forward operating bases (FOBs) to promote prevention of the spread of diseases/illnesses that might harm service members.  Currently, she is still with the 155 MED DET and is working on her Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences. She has a beautiful daughter Alaynna who turned one in March.
