**ALL times for Senior attendance will be 8:30 with the exception of Senior Sunrise, which is 6:15am, but attendance will still be taken after that.....
5/25- Senior Sunrise will be on the soccer field. Seniors will be expected to be there at 6:15am so they can watch the sunrise together! They will get free breakfast, but should bring a blanket so they can set up a picnic area with their friends. After the Sunrise, seniors will turn in Chromebooks and take care of any other obligations they have (money owed to the school). This will take place in the gym.
Senior Awards Night will be in the PAC from 6-7:30pm.
5/26- Senior Olympics will be on the soccer field and team captains should be there by 8am to receive instructions. Everyone else should be there by 8:30 am. After the Senior Olympics, there will be a Senior Picnic in Live Oak Park.Come enjoy the free food and one of the last chances to hang out with your class.
5/27- Graduation Expectations by Principal Mendoza and Senior Commitment Celebration during 2nd period in PAC
5/30- NO SCHOOL for Memorial Day
5/31- 1st MANDATORY graduation practice on campus. Be in the gym by 8:30am. This is where you will tell the announcers EXACTLY what name you want said and the CORRECT pronunciation. If, for some reason, you are unable to make it to this mandatory practice, please explain and get permission from Principal Mendoza or one of the other administrators.
6/1- Elephant Walk and cap and gown panoramic picture: Meet in the SMALL gym in your Cap and Gown by 8:30am. Cap and Gown Panoramic will happen first, then elephant walk.
6/2- Be in the gym by 8:30 am for our second MANDATORY graduation practice. If, for some reason, you are unable to make it to this mandatory practice, please explain and get permission from Principal Mendoza or one of the other administrators. This is the last day of school and a half day, but you are expected to stay until practice is over.
6/3- Graduation practice at Freeman Coliseum PROMPTLY at 8am. BUSES WILL BE PROVIDED BUT WILL LEAVE JUDSON AT 7am by the PAC, so be ON TIME or you will have to drive yourself. Later this evening, we will have the Sunset parade. Decorate your cars and wear your caps and gowns. Friends and family are welcome and encouraged to participate! Cars will start lining up in the back parking lot (teachers' parking lot at 7:00pm). Maps and more info will be provided a few days before.
6/4- GRADUATION DAY!!! Graduation starts at 7pm, students are expected to be there at 5pm! Doors for parents open at 6:00pm. THERE ARE NO TICKETS! YOU MAY BRING AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU WANT, BUT IT IS FIRST COME, FIRST SEATED. THE VENUE HOLDS 10,000. Once that is reached, people will be turned away by the venue staff. We recommend being there as soon as the doors open. Parking for students is $5. per carload and parents is $10. per carload.
6/6- Diploma pick-up in the gym 10:30am-12:30pm. If, for some reason, you or a parent are not able to make it to pick up your diploma, you must write a letter giving express permission to the person you are sending to pick it up for you. It is preferred that you pick it up yourself, but we know some of you will already be at College Orientation etc. You must include the person's full name and they MUST bring an ID.
