Campaign Finance Reports

House Bill 336
The bill would require school districts located either partly or wholly in a city with a population of 500,000 or more with a student enrollment of 15,000 or more to post on their Internet websites the campaign finance reports for school board positions.
HB 336 would take effect on September 1, 2011, and provisions of the bill would apply only to the posting of campaign finance reports that are required to be filed on or after January 1, 2012.
