It is my pleasure to continue to serve as the assistant principal since 2021. I have twenty-four years in school leadership. Prior to becoming a school administrator, I had 6 years of classroom teaching experience, 5 years in El Paso ISD (1^st and 2^nd grade), and 1 year in Brownville ISD (7th grade TAG). I also served as a District Coordinator for 5 years (2013-2018) in the ELL Department.  

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Education (grades 1-8) from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Master’s in Mid-Management Administration from Sul Ross University in Alpine. By pursuing lifelong learning, I intend to be an example to students and teachers that we should never stop learning. 

It is my privilege to be a part of the amazing things that happen with our talented teachers and students here at Masters Elementary. My goal is to continue to provide a supportive climate that is conducive to teaching and learning. By doing so, each individual student and teacher can experience growth to their highest potential. I look forward to interacting with all stakeholders in our school community this year.
