Hello! I'm excited to teach Reading Language Arts at Kirby Middle School! I recently moved to San Antonio from Dallas, TX, where I taught 7th grade Reading Language Arts for seven years with Garland ISD and 6th through 8th grade Reading Language Arts for two years with the School of Liberal Arts and Science charter school. Before that I taught English as a Second Language in Japan and South Korea for five years. I'm passionate about helping students reach their potential in Reading and Writing as well as encouraging them to explore their interests and passions through these avenues.
