When the JISD Innovation Office launched in spring 2022, community members requested a program to help students re-acclimate to school and reach their full potential. Chief Innovation Officer ​​Cecilia Ceci Davis brought the idea of LOTC to the Judson ISD superintendent and the school board was very supportive.
