José A. Macias, Jr.

Term ends May 2025Mr. Macias was elected to his 4th term in 2021. He represented District 4 from 2010 - 2019 and was appointed to the Alamo College District Board of Trustees (2019 - 2020). Mr. Macias is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, a graduate of San Antonio College, and Our Lady of the Lake University. He has an extensive resume as a non-profit administrator and works in the non-profit sector. He is married to Rosie Merced and has two daughters, Venessa, an Ithaca College graduate, and Jillian, a junior at Lamar University.

Debra Eaton

Term ends May 2025Ms. Eaton is a military veteran of 28 years as SFC, United States Army (Ret) and was elected to represent District 3 of the JISD in May 2017. She is a parent, grandparent and great-grandparent of current and former JISD students. She has degrees in Public Health and Business Administration with a Master's degree in Education. She has been a resident of Judson ISD for 25 years.

Laura Stanford

Ms. Stanford was elected as the District 6 Member-At-Large Trustee in May of 2023. She graduated from Trinity University and began teaching Jr. High English/Speech in San Antonio ISD, where she also worked on curriculum development. She moved to the business arena and has been a mortgage loan officer for the past 35+ years. Since 1992 Ms. Stanford has lived in Judson ISD, where her nephew is a freshman.

Stephanie Faulkner

Term ends May 2025Mrs. Faulkner was appointed to represent District 2 in 2023. She retired in June 2023 after teaching Physical Education, Adapted PE and Coaching Special Olympics for 31 years. She received her Bachelor of Science and Masters of Education from Southwest Texas State University. Mrs. Faulkner is a Judson alumnus and grew up in District 2. All three of her adult children attended Judson ISD with 2 graduating from Wagner High School. Her family’s Judson roots include her husband of 31 years attending Judson elementary and middle schools. Her sister retired from JISD in January 2023 after 29 years in the district. Her mom subbed at Hopkins Elementary and her grandmother retired from JISD in the late 70’s after opening the library at Kirby Middle School, now named the Elsie Jordan Library.

Suzanne Kenoyer

Term ends May 2027Ms. Kenoyer was elected to represent District 1 in May, 2017. She retired from Judson ISD in 2013 after 23 years as a teacher and a curriculum specialist. She is a graduate of Texas State University and Houston Baptist University. Ms. Kenoyer has been a resident of Judson ISD since 1991.

Jennifer Rodríguez

Term ends May 2025Ms. Rodríguez was elected to represent District 5 in May 2017. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington and her Master's degree in Education from UTSA. She has worked in education for over 20 years, first as a teacher and now in the field of teacher development and support. Ms. Rodríguez and her husband have lived in Judson ISD since 2007.

Monica Ryan

Ms. Ryan was elected as the District 7 Member-At-Large Trustee in May of 2023. She retired in 2018 from the United States Army as a Lieutenant Colonel after 24 years of service as a Military Intelligence Officer. Ms. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts in English, a graduate of Saint Leo University with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and a Doctoral Candidate completing her PhD in Education with Northcentral University. Ms. Ryan is the proud mother of 5 daughters: one daughter is a Judson ISD graduate who attends UTSA, three daughters attend Veterans Memorial High School, and one daughter attends Wortham Oak Elementary School.
