Student Teaching
Judson ISD works in cooperation with area universities and alternative certification programs placing students into student teaching assignments on district campuses at every grade level. Arrangements for student teaching in Judson ISD comes directly from your university or program director. A clear criminal history check is required for all student teachers helping ensure a safe environment for all students of Judson ISD.
Classroom Observations
As with Student Teachers, Judson ISD welcomes local education students into our classrooms for observation purposes. Due to the increased number of observation hours required by the State of Texas for alternative certification candidates, it has become necessary for observers to work through their program to receive assignments to Judson ISD classrooms. The Office of Human Resources will work with local colleges, universities, and alternative certification programs to coordinate criminal history checks on all classroom observers.
Any questions regarding Student Teaching or Classroom Observations, please call the Human Resources Department 945-5101. We appreciate your interest in Judson ISD!
