The Judson Education Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors made up of business, community and educational leaders. The Board of Directors have established audit procedures to ensure the mission of the Foundation is met, including safekeeping and proper use of contributions. Examples of these include annual financial audits, term limits for officers, diverse board membership and involvement in decision making. The Foundation is administrated through a set of bylaws.
