Special Education Teacher/Assistant Football & Track Coach

Welcome to my webpage. I am very excited about the 2023-24 school year. We have an amazing school and I am blessed to be a part of such a great environment. Coach A. graduated from Texas State University in 2014 with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science. While there, I also minored in Health and Wellness Promotion.

This is my fifth year teaching Special Education and fourth year coaching. I served as the Head JV Women's Soccer Coach and Varsity Assistant Women's Coach school year 2019-20 before moving to a Women's Assistant Track Coach position at Veterans Memorial High School for school year 2020-21. This year will be my second year coaching freshman football as well as track. I was born in Austin, TX. and graduated from William B. Travis High School in Austin. Currently, I reside in New Braunfels, TX. and enjoy all sports, music, as well as working out. I truly believe that having a safe structured classroom will encourage learning as well as benefit both student and teacher.
