Superintendent
The Office of the Superintendent serves to provide leadership and direction to the district as a whole. Our superintendent serves as an ex-officio member of the school board and acts as a liaison between it and the district administration.
On May 11, the Judson ISD Board of Trustees named Dr. Milton "Rob" Fields, III as the Superintendent of Judson ISD.
He is a native of Live Oak, Texas and a Judson High School graduate. Dr. Fields retired from the United States Air Force in 2001 after 20 years of honorable service. He began his career in the Northside Independent School District in 2002 as a Business Teacher and Coach at Taft High School. In 2005, Dr. Fields was named Assistant Principal at the newly opened Stevens High School, and in 2007 he was named Principal of Karen Wagner High School in Judson Independent School District. In 2014, Dr. Fields was named Assistant Superintendent for Operations and in July of 2018 he became Deputy Superintendent for Administration and Operations. Dr. Fields received his Bachelor’s degree in Business from Wayland Baptist University and a dual Master’s degree in Human Resources and Management from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri. In 2016, he received his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas A & M at Kingsville.
