Judson ISD partners the Judson Education Foundation to provide Special Education certification reimbursements for Judson ISD teachers who are new to Special Education. The reimbursement requires a one-year commitment to the Judson ISD Family.

Judson Leadership Institute (JLI)
The Judson Leadership Institute (JLI) focuses on developing leadership capacity within district roles. Professional staff members who are excited to begin the next career steps of campus/department leadership roles such as Teacher Lead/Chair, Academic Trainer/Coach/Dean, Assistant Principal, or interested in strengthening your personal leadership capacity are perfect candidates for this program.
Judson Principal Preparatory Program (JP3)
The Judson Principal Preparatory Program (JP3) will provide selected assistant principals with a year of targeted development opportunities that will better prepare her/him to be a potential principal within 1-2 years. This investment will build a pool of talent and a leadership pipeline in Judson ISD that better enables new campus principals to drive excellent and equitable student outcomes for every child on their campus from day one on the job.
