Welcome to Student and Family Support Services Department. “The mission of the Judson ISD Student and Family Support Services Department is to provide exceptional support services to students, families and staff in order to overcome barriers and ensure students graduate and are successful in their post-secondary college and career goals.”
Vision
The Student and Family Support Services Department is committed to working collaboratively for the positive trajectory of our students and families by addressing mental wellness, programmatic, social and academic support, attendance initiatives, dropout recovery and promoting student success with prevention and intervention through Social Emotional Learning strategies. The Student and Family Support Services Department is comprised of Counselors, Social Workers, Social Emotional Learning Coordinator, School Age Parenting Program Social Worker, Military Specialist/McKinney-Vento/Foster Liaison and Truancy Officers, and Adult and Community Education.
Goals
- The district has a 94% districtwide ADA goal.
- Remove barriers for students to be academically successful, graduate, and be College, Career or Military ready.
- Increase attendance at all campuses.
- Increase graduation rates.
