Business Services
Business Services is responsible for the management of district funds and investments. Judson ISD has an annual budget of $200 million. This money is used for salaries, facilities maintenance, supplies and various other expenditures.
In addition to the budget, bond funds are controlled through Business Services. Bond funds are used for the construction of new schools, other facilities and renovations of existing facilities.
Mission
The mission of Financial Services is to support student instruction through ensuring that all resources are managed and accounted for in an effective and efficient manner, that all financial records are presented timely, accurately, in compliance with legal requirements, and that all staff members work toward continuous improvement and professional service.
Vision
The Financial Services Departments vision is to enhance the mission of the Judson Independent School District by continuously improving the financial operations through utilization of technology, implementing industry best practices, promoting employee growth and development, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing thorough, accurate, and objective analysis.
