Nomination Form

District employees and the community may nominate someone they feel lives out the integrity and accomplishments of being a member of the Judson ISD Hall of Honor. A person can enter the Hall of Honor as an Athletic or Civic inductee. Read the Nomination Criteria for more information.  For questions regarding the applications contact Kim Cathey at kcathey@judsonisd.org.

Applications for the Athletic and Civic Hall of Honor will open on September 23, 2024.  Nominations will be accepted until November 15, 2024.
