Public Information / Open Records Request Form
Judson Independent School District, as a local governmental entity, is subject to the requirements of the Texas Public Information Act.
The Texas Public Information Act (TPIA) gives individuals the right to request access to public information. Public information refers to information that is written, produced, collected, assembled, or maintained under a law or ordinance or in connection with the transaction of official business. The TPIA does not require Judson ISD to create new documents, answer questions, or perform legal research. Your request will not be considered received unless it is sent via one of the designated methods.

The Board of Trustees has designated the following days as District "nonbusiness days" under the Texas Public Information Act for the 2024 calendar year:

Requests received after 5 p.m. Central Time will be deemed received the following District business day.
