Fingerprinting/Background Check
A fingerprinting fast pass will be created and the substitute candidate will be responsible for the state fingerprinting charge.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT get fingerprinting done until contacted by Judson ISD.
Orientation by Appointment ONLY
All candidates are required to attend orientation, which includes Red Rover training and Substitute Success in the Classroom.
Orientation meetings are scheduled once a month throughout the school year. All substitutes must complete orientation, and fingerprinting if needed, prior to accepting assignments to work.
The substitute employee may start receiving assignments when all requirements are completed.
Substitute Wages
We offer competitive pay and flexible scheduling! Judson ISD will pay a substitute based on the following scale:
