The Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline is dedicated to the prevention of child abuse. Serving the U.S. and Canada, the hotline is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with professional crisis counselors who—through interpreters—provide assistance in over 170 languages. The hotline offers crisis intervention, information, and referrals to thousands of emergency, social service, and support resources. All calls are confidential.

Texas Resource
The Texas Abuse Hotline is a secure website provided by the Department of Family and Protective Services for reporting suspicions of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of children, as well as adults with disabilities and people who are elderly.

The San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) offers help through their Victims Advocacy Services including their SAFE Family Program.
The Family Assistance Crisis Team (F.A.C.T.) is a collaborative, community project responding to victims of family violence and part of the Victims Advocacy Office of the San Antonio Police Department.
