What We Do

The PEIMS Department is responsible for the District's Student Information System (SIS), Grading and Reporting Handbooks, State and Federal Data Reporting and Validation, and other related applications. Our team is committed to providing effective and timely support to Judson ISD staff, students, families, and community to ensure excellence within our district. 

The PEIMS Department provides training and support to campuses and district personnel on the Student Information System (SIS). The system is used for processes such as registration, attendance reporting, discipline, and report card processing. We also assist teachers by providing ongoing training and support on the use of the district's electronic grade book. 

The PEIMS department is also responsible for submitting required data to the Texas Education Agency through PEIMS submissions and to the federal government through the Office of Civil Rights. The department works to ensure that data is accurate and submitted in accordance with the timeline specified by the state and federal agencies.
