Data & Technology Integration

The Data Services Department supports the district's Student Information Systems (SIS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and other related applications.  

Supporting the Student Information System consists of providing training and support to campus and district personnel on using the system for registration, attendance, discipline, and report card processing.  We also work with teachers training them and supporting them on the use of the district’s electronic gradebook.  We also provide data integrations to third party software used by the district.

Supporting the Enterprise Resource Planning system consists of training and supporting the business and human resources offices on the use of our system to track employee information, budget, purchasing, benefits, and payroll.

The Data Services Department is also responsible for submitting required data to the Texas Education Agency through the PEIMS submissions throughout the year.  Data Services works to ensure the accuracy of the data and makes sure it is submitted according to the timelines specified by TEA.
