Reserving JISD Facilities

Who May Reserve

Many of our district facilities are available for use by district personnel for training and other district purposes. Some facilities such as campuses may also be used by the general public under certain circumstances. Please see below for more specific information regarding these facilities.

Specific Facilities

Athletic Facilities

Major athletic facilities including the football stadium, gyms, soccer stadium and baseball and softball fields.

If you are interested in reserving Athletic Facilities for an activity or event, here are the basic steps in the process:

  1. Download and complete the Facility Usage Packet.
  2. Contact the Judson Athletic Department for availability. Price information is located in the packet
  3. Submit forms to the Athletic office.

If you are interested in reserving Campus Facilities for an activity or event, here are the basic steps in the process:

  1. Download and complete the Facility Usage Packet.
  2. Contact campus principal for availability information. Price information is located in the packet
  3. Submit forms to contact person.

Note

  • Only cafeteria and gym facilities are available for out of district use.
  • Major athletic facilities such as the football and soccer stadiums or baseball and softball fields are controlled by the Judson Athletic Department.

Facility Usage Packet

District Office Facilities

Includes:

  • District Office Board Room
  • Large Conference Room
  • Small (1st floor) Conference Room
  • ERC Conference Rooms
  • ERC Tech Lab
  • Performing Arts Center (PAC)

Facilities located at the Administrative District Office or the Educational Resource Center (ERC) can be reserved by faculty members who have received approval from their Administrator. If you are interested in reserving a District Office conference Room for an activity or event, here are the basic steps in the process:

  1. Eployees: To request a reservation, contact your campus/department appointed FSDirect User to check availability and to make reservations.
  2. A confirmation e-mail will be sent within 24-48 hours. Please do not consider the room reserved until the confirmation e-mail has been received.
  3. Please contact the Operations Department 210-945-5207 or 210-945-5100 for questions or for any cancelations to a reservation.

FS Direct

Performing Arts Center
(PAC) Facilities

Includes:

  • Main Theater
  • Recital Hall

If you are interested in reserving the PAC Facilities for an activity or event, here are the basic steps in the process:

  • Download and complete the PAC Agreement Packet
  • Contact the PAC Coordinator for availability. Price information is located in the packet.
  • Submit forms to the Performing Arts Center Office
