Mr. Salinas was elected to the school board in 2009 and serves as the District 5 Representative. He is a retired educator and has served as a substitute teacher in JISD schools. Mr. Salinas and his wife have lived in Judson ISD for 37 years, where they raised two children.

At-Large, Place 7 Representative Ms. Williams was elected to the board in 2011. She is a pediatric critical care nurse who has lived in Judson ISD since 2009. She is raising three energetic young children. Ms. Williams has a daughter and a son attending Converse Elementary School.

Mr. Macias was elected to the Judson ISD school board in 2010, where he represents the constituents of District 4. He is a graduate of OLLU and San Antonio College. Mr. Macias is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

A retired US Army Reserve court reporter, Ms. Adair now represents the Judson community At-Large, Place 6, with her re-election in 2011. She previously served from 2004-2010. A Texas State University graduate, she and her husband have six sons.

District 3 Representative Mr. Flores has been on the Judson ISD school board since 2006. He is a graduate of UTSA. Mr. Flores and his family have lived in Judson ISD since 1983.

Mr. LaFoille represents the constituents of District 2 and has served on the board since 2004. He and his wife have lived in Judson ISD for 39 years and are longtime volunteers at Park Village Elementary school.

Mr. Salyer was elected to the board in 2010 as the District 1 Representative. He is a Physician Assistant and practices medicine in San Antonio. He and his family have lived in Judson ISD for 16 years.

Dr. Willis Mackey, superintendent of schools

Dr. Willis Mackey

Superintendent of Schools

Dr. Mackey earned his doctorate from Texas A&M and his masters degree from Prairie View A&M. He has served as Superintendent at Newton, Navasota and Port Arthur school districts. He’s been with JISD since 2007 and under his leadership, all campuses have met state accountability standards and some campuses all academic distinctions.
