Hello. I am Coach Starin. This is my 8th year teaching and coaching in JISD at Wagner HS and my second year as Head Football Coach and Boy's Athletic Coordinator. In 1994, I graduated from Judson HS. There, I was part of two State Championship football teams. I completed my college degree and teaching certificate in May of 2000 from Sul Ross State University. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Kinesiology. I am certified to teach Special Education as well as P.E.

As the Boy's Athletic Coordinator, it is my goal to establish an environment of hope for all! I’m responsible for using love as a motivator and model toughness to lead people to maximize their potential and help them chase their dreams.
