Hello!  Welcome to my webpage. I'm glad you are here.  Let me introduce myself.  I was born and raised in sunny Southern California.  I moved to San Antonio in 1997 with my three amazing sons.  I graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word with honors.  I have been teaching since 1997. This will be my 18th year with JISD and I am one of the original RME staff members that opened the school!  My teaching experiences range from PE, special education, elementary classroom, summer school, and even after-school volleyball and drone clubs! This is my eight year as an RTI teacher supporting students Kinder through 5th Grade that benefit from some extra support.  In my spare time, I cherish spending time with my family, which now includes three fantastic daughters-in-laws and four grandbabies.  We enjoy fishing, playing board games, and cooking.  I am an avid reader and enjoy audiobooks while exercising or working in the yard.
