Mrs. Maria Scagliola

SCHOOL YEAR 2021-2022 BEGINS ON AUGUST 16, 2021.  SEE YOU THEN.  Over the summer your child may work on Imagine (math and literacy and language arts) through the Judson Portal.

Students may also work on a new program called AMPLIFY - READING.  They were introduced to the program in class in May and should know how to log in.

TO BE UPDATED:

Welcome to another wonderful school at Paschall Elementary! My name is Mrs. Scagliola, and I will be your child’s teacher this year for math, science, and social studies and Mrs. Bridges will teach reading, spelling, English, and writing.

I have been at Paschall since the school opened in 2001. Before Paschall, I spent 2 years at Woodlake and 1 year in Louisiana. It has been amazing to see us grow and change over the years.  This year will be a busy, fast-paced, productive, and terrific learning experience for your child.  We welcome Ms. Davila as our returning principal and Ms. Trevino as our returning assistant principal.

Throughout the year, I will be communicating with you about your child’ progress, school events, and other activities as they may arise.  Also, please feel free to contact me if you have and questions or concerns.  You can call the school and leave a message for me and I will return your call as quickly as possible, you may send a note on a piece of paper, or you may write a note to me on the communication log located in the back of your child’s green communication folder.

Thank you in advance for your willingness to work together to ensure your child has a successful year. I look forward to a fantastic school year!

 About me:

I have a beautiful granddaughter.  I was born in Connecticut and have lived in Alabama, California, New York, Ohio, Louisiana, Germany, and Texas.  While in Germany I was able to travel around Germany, and visit France, Spain, Switzerland, and Austria.  When I am not teaching, I enjoy taking walks, going to movies, reading, traveling, and doing volunteer work.
