Hello! My name is Evelyn Covarrubias, AKA Ms. Covar. I have my Bachelor's degree in Education and am certified in EC-6 General Ed and EC-12 Special Education. This is my third year teaching in the district. My first two years, I was a Special Ed Teacher for Kinder thru Second. My background in special education has prepared me for working with lower-level performing students and being able to accommodate and differentiate in the classroom.  I am very excited about being a first grade teacher and am looking forward to getting to know and working with your children.
